YouTube Goes Prime Time

At the Democratic presidential debate on CNN July 23rd, and at the upcoming Republican debate on September 17th, candidates answered questions submitted via YouTube videos that showed questioners’ personal perspectives.

Over the past few months, thousands submitted short, original videos to CNN, and CNN’s political team looked for the most creative and compelling to pose to the candidates and air on live TV.
