Group_Shot_255x108.jpgOn Feb. 13th, in a major victory for working people, Donna Edwards defeated longtime incumbent Al Wynn in the Democratic primary to represent Maryland’s fourth congressional district. More than 5,000 SEIU members in the district spent countless hours speaking out on Edwards’s behalf in their communities and at their worksites. SEIU locals backing Edwards included 1199, 500, 32BJ, and 5000.
